Your last weightloss yourney
PsychoDiet online video course
Why has your diet failed so far?
Because it’s missing one of the three essential pillars of a successful diet!

When it comes to eating, everyone already knows the basics. Calories in vs. calories out, fast and slow carbs, saturated and unsaturated fats, protein shakes and their friends. You’ve probably tried countless eating plans and diets — from Mediterranean to paleo to keto — yet none of them worked for you long term.
When it comes to physical activity, we all know the essentials too. Cardio, aerobics, interval training, bodyweight workouts, building muscle at the gym. Maybe you go jogging, lift weights with friends, join a zumba class, or follow online workout routines — but you already know the basics. And still, it hasn’t worked.

It’s no coincidence that most diets fail because they are missing the third pillar of success: mental resilience. Hardly anyone talks about this when it comes to dieting, yet without it the other two pillars simply won’t work.
You can have the most personalized meal plan, but if you can’t resist the temptation of sweets, it won’t help. You can have the best workout plan, but if you can’t motivate yourself to follow it, it won’t matter.
It’s like fuel for a car: you can own a million-dollar car, but without fuel, it won’t get you anywhere.

Therefore, a successful diet requires mental resilience and all the mental skills connected to it.

How is the course structured?
The course focuses on the “forgotten” third pillar of dieting: developing mental skills.
It is divided into two main parts.
The first part equips you with all the mental skills necessary for a successful diet: stepping out of the victim role, learning self-care, overcoming procrastination, setting goals, building willpower, self-motivation — and we’ll also cover key questions like whether you should weigh yourself or how to handle cheat days.

The second part of the course deals with the traps that appear in all of our lives and can ruin our diets, even if we’ve already developed the skills mentioned above.
These traps can come from within, such as various psychological pitfalls, or from ineffective coping strategies like emotional eating. They can also come from people in our environment, such as food pushers — and many more.

My Weight Loss Success Story

From a very young age, I struggled with obesity. Because of this, I faced a lot of bullying at school, from friends, and even from my own family, which made my whole childhood difficult.
I started dieting as a kid, and over the next 20 years, I spent my time trying nearly every diet method out there. While I did have some smaller successes and managed to lose weight a few times, it was never lasting. The weight always came back.
In March 2020, I realized that if I truly wanted lasting change, I had to start with my mindset. Alongside dieting, I began working on developing the mental skills needed for long-term success.
By the summer of 2021, I went from 99kg down to 73kg and finally reached my dream weight. Even more importantly, for the first time in my life, I have managed to maintain it. It’s been over 3 years now, and I’m still at my goal weight without regaining it.

Having a body that is healthy, fit, and that I genuinely like brings me immense satisfaction and happiness in every area of my life. With this course, my goal is to help you achieve the very same transformation in your own life

This Course is for You If…
If you feel like your tendency to gain weight is a curse life has placed upon you
Do you feel it’s unfair that you gain weight so easily? Do you feel like others can eat whatever they want without consequence, while for you every bite shows? Do you feel like a victim in your own life? I felt that way for decades.

If you’ve tried countless diets, mostly without lasting results
I know the feeling when a new diet gives you hope and lights up your life for a while, and you even succeed for a short time. But then 1–2 months later you fall back into what feels like endless disappointment. This course is different — and it will be different for you too.
If you want to diet but don’t understand why it never works
You want to try again, but you simply don’t get why it keeps failing. What’s missing? What needs to change? The uncertainty drives you crazy, and you just want an answer. Here it is: nothing is wrong with you — nobody ever taught you the skills needed for a successful long-term diet. Until now.

If your initial motivation always runs out
When you start a diet, you’re on fire with motivation. But as time goes by, that fire burns out, and it becomes harder and harder to push yourself to work out or prepare healthy meals. Eventually, your motivation tank runs dry — and with it, the diet usually ends. Now it’s time to refill that tank and learn how to keep it full.

If you can’t resist the temptation of food and drinks
We’re all human — resisting crispy snacks or sweet desserts is tough. You might hold out for a while, but eventually that magical tiramisu seems irresistible. One bite, one slice, and you’re back in the trap. With self-control strategies, however, you’ll be able to defend yourself even against the strongest temptations.

If you struggle with recognizing hunger and fullness signals
As children, we naturally sense when we are hungry and when we are full. But as adults, most of us lose this ability due to countless social and cultural rules around eating. The good news is, you can relearn these long-lost skills — and this course will guide you through it.

If you tend to eat emotionally
We eat when we’re happy, we eat when we’re sad, we eat when we’re bored, we eat when we’re stressed — and in countless other emotional states. But this coping strategy is not optimal and often comes at the cost of extra pounds. It’s time to flip the script: to take charge of our emotions instead of letting them control us.

If you often fall into the traps set by your family, colleagues, or even yourself
Life is full of traps that can sabotage your diet — and they often do, whether you notice them or not. Many times, we don’t even know how to avoid them. In this course, we’ll face these psychological and social traps head-on and learn how to neutralize them before they derail your progress.
