Course Curriculum

1. Developing Mental and Emotional Skills

In the first half of the course, the goal is to equip you with the skills necessary for a successful diet. At first, these may seem trivial—after all, everyone knows it’s important to stay motivated during a diet, to avoid procrastination, and to practice self-discipline and willpower.

But simply knowing their importance doesn’t mean we can actually apply them. Most of us were never taught how to truly motivate ourselves, how to overcome procrastination, or how to strengthen our willpower.

That’s why, in the first half of this course, we will take your existing abilities and develop them to the next level.
